This is the second puzzle in my, hopefully, long running study materials. This is a 熟語 (じゅくご) word search puzzle. 熟語 is the combining of kanji to create different words. For this puzzle I have also included a chart for you to fill in the readings and answers for all the the combinations listed in the puzzle.
This is pretty challenging and very fun. With the exception of 「曜」, all of the kanji are taken from the official specification for the JLPT 4 test. The Jyukugo used in the puzzle range from basic up to native level. In the answer key, I have included the most common readings for most of the combinations.
